What is the difference between the FAN version and the PLAYER version?
- FAN VERSION: these shirts are designed to be worn normally and comfortably. The fit is more relaxed, so you can show your support in the stands or on the street. Unlike the player version, this fit suits all body types.
- PLAYER VERSION: These are crafted using the finest fabrics available. They are an exact match for the shirts you see players wearing on the pitch. The design is more fitted and athletic. The shirt fabric is lightweight, stretchy, and designed to be breathable, with numerous perforations to allow ventilation. In addition, the moisture-wicking feature keeps sweat away from the player's body, while the fabric dries more quickly. The logos and badges on the player version use a heat-pressed binding technology applied directly to the shirt; this design further reduces the weight of the shirt, giving a more uniform, slim, and detailed appearance.
Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
No, changes are not possible. The only option is to request cancellation and/or modifications to the order, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. Changes include: badge changes/additions, personalisation changes.
Is it possible to pay cash on delivery?
Unfortunately we do not support this payment method.
Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?
No, it is not. The accepted payment methods are credit card and PayPal.
Is it possible to return a product?
Due to the nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns. If you are nonetheless unhappy with your order, please contact us — we'll make it up to you!

Why does my tracking show "Tracking unavailable"?
Tracking becomes available once the parcel has reached the European Union. Once it has arrived in the European Union, it won't take long at all to reach your door!
Can I cancel my order?
Certainly, we can cancel your order up to 2 hours after purchase; after that, unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible. Of course, you may make use of the returns process once the goods have arrived.
