Terms and Conditions of Service
Users are invited to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before proceeding with any purchase. By making any purchase, you are deemed to have fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Any order request concerning a personalised product is subject to a specific request from the customer, to be made by following the instructions provided on the website itself. Payment in advance is required for the purchase of personalised products, and the right of withdrawal is excluded. In particular, personalised products are made to the customer's explicit request; the same applies to products that already display a personalisation graphic on our website. Consequently, they cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Products for which the application of a Patch is requested are considered personalised products.
INVOICING
The invoicing request will be processed at the time the order is confirmed. The customer will receive, on the same day they place their order and receive the Order Confirmation email, details including: Order number, Email – First name, Surname, Full address, Date, Town and Province of birth of the invoice holder. The document will subsequently be sent to the applicant in digital format via email.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Should the customer identify a lack of conformity in the product, and be a consumer, they shall have the right, at their own discretion, to request repair or replacement free of charge, unless the remedy requested is impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the alternative. In the event that replacement or repair is not possible or proves excessively burdensome, the customer may request a proportionate reduction in price or termination of the contract and a refund of an amount commensurate with the value of the goods, upon return of the defective product. Termination of the contract is, however, excluded in cases of minor lack of conformity.
Following the complaint, outletdelcalcio.com will arrange, within a reasonable timeframe, to collect the product from the customer and, after verifying the existence of the defect, will — at the customer's choice — repair or replace the defective item free of charge, unless the remedy requested is impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the alternative; or, where replacement or repair is not possible, will reduce the price or refund an amount commensurate with the value of the goods. It remains at outletdelcalcio.com's discretion to propose available alternative remedies, such as, by way of example, replacing the product with another of a different nature but equivalent value, chosen from those listed on the website, or issuing a voucher to the value of the amount paid, to be used subsequently by contacting us via email. Should the customer accept, outletdelcalcio.com will proceed to carry out the specific remedial action proposed.
The legal guarantee lasts 2 (two) years from delivery of the goods and must be invoked within 2 (two) months of discovering the defect: it is therefore necessary to report the lack of conformity as soon as possible and to always retain proof of purchase. The customer may submit the complaint directly in writing by post via recorded delivery letter.
