Users are invited to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before making any purchase. By making any purchase, you are deemed to have fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Placing an order for a personalised product is subject to a specific request from the customer, to be submitted by following the instructions provided on the website itself. Payment in advance is required for the purchase of personalised products and the right of withdrawal is excluded. In particular, personalised products are made to the customer's explicit request; the same applies to products that already display a personalisation on our website. Consequently, they cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Products requiring the application of a Patch are considered personalised products.

INVOICING

The invoicing request will be processed at the time of order confirmation. The customer will receive an invoice on the same day they place their order and receive the Order Confirmation email, by providing: the order number, email address, first name, surname, full address, date, town and county of birth of the invoice holder. The document will subsequently be sent to the requester in digital format via email.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Should the customer discover a lack of conformity in the product, and provided they are a consumer, they may, at their own discretion, request either repair or replacement free of charge, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionately costly compared to the other. Should neither replacement nor repair be possible, or should they prove disproportionately costly, the customer may request an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract and a refund of an amount commensurate with the value of the goods, upon return of the defective product. Termination of the contract is however excluded in the case of minor conformity defects.

Following notification, outletdelcalcio.eu will, within a reasonable timeframe, arrange collection of the product from the customer and, once the non-conformity has been verified, will carry out — at the customer's choice — repair or replacement of the defective item at no charge, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionately costly compared to the other; or, if replacement or repair is not possible, a price reduction or a refund of an amount commensurate with the value of the goods. It remains at the discretion of outletdelcalcio.eu to propose available alternative remedies, such as, by way of example, replacement of the product with another of a different nature but equivalent value, chosen from those listed on the website, or the issue of a voucher to the value of the amount paid, to be used at a later date by contacting us via email. Should the customer accept, outletdelcalcio.eu will proceed to carry out the specific remedial action proposed.

The legal guarantee lasts 2 (two) years from delivery of the goods and must be invoked within 2 (two) months of discovering the defect: it is therefore important to report the conformity defect as soon as possible and to always retain proof of purchase. The customer may submit the notification directly in writing by recorded delivery post.
